Requirements for our
Give A Smile Day:

  • We are only treating individuals WITHOUT DENTAL INSURANCE and any patient that paying for dental care would create a financial hardship.

  • Availability is limited: the first to REGISTER will be scheduled and served first.

  • Appointment Confirmation Required: Registrants will receive an email and/or text message notification to confirm their appointment on Wednesday, June 15th. Patients must respond to confirm their appointment by 5:00pm on Thursday, June 16th or else their appointment will be given to someone on the waiting list.

  • Waiting List: After the schedule has been filled, additional registrants will be added to a waiting list in the order by which their registration was received. They will be contacted and served in the case that a scheduled patient does not show up, cancels, or if there is any extra time in the schedule.

  • Please Arrive Early: Patients should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their appointment time to ensure that their appointment is not given away to a waitlist patient. We will be asking you to fill out paperwork prior to treatment.

  • COVID-19 Safety: Scheduled patients experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home, contact Great Northwest Dental, and cancel their appointment. We are taking all measures to ensure your safety and ours by maintaining a clean office and wearing personal protective equipment in addition to other safety measures and ask that you abide by our protocols.

  • Patients must be 18 years old or older: We are not able to treat minors at this time.

  • No Childcare: We are unable to provide childcare. Please make other arrangements for your children during the time of your appointment.

  • Either treatment of teeth OR a cleaning: Prior to contacting our office, you will need to decide whether you would like to see a doctor for treatment or a hygienist for a cleaning. There is not enough time or space to do both, so please choose what is of primary concern to you and we will schedule accordingly.

  • Treatment length: We will do our best to treat your primary concern. Your treatment time length will be determined by the doctor and, if you have multiple treatment needs, we will treat what we have time for.

  • Total time at clinic--2 Hours: Patients should plan to spend about 2 hours total in our clinic. This time accounts for arrival, check-in, treatment, and check-out procedures.

  • We will not provide any narcotics.

  • We reserve the right not to treat if patients… are not able to become numb, have an active infection, are deemed unsafe to treat by our dentists, behave inappropriately, or make inappropriate treatment requests.

  • Developmental Disabilities: We are unable to treat patients with developmental disabilities at this time.

  • Pregnant Patients: if a patient is pregnant, she needs to bring a Consent to Treat form from her primary physician for us to provide any treatment. Without this form, we cannot see you.
